Honey Sprouted Wheat Bread
(from King Arthur's Whole Grain Baking)

1/4 c wheat berries, sprouted
2/3 c lukewarm water
2 T orange juice
1/4 c honey
2 T butter, cut into 3 pieces
1 1/2 c traditional whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c unbleached all purpose flour
1 1/4 t salt
2 t instant yeast

Same general instructions and baking temps as the other sprouted bread recipe...
